Mark's passion for healthy living fuels his enthusiasm for helping others find health and happiness. Mark will lead us each week, through a Hatha-Vinyasa flow. This style of yoga can be used as a vigorous movement to stimulate the body in building muscle. The practice is also used as a means of loosening the joints and muscles, as a moving meditation.
Kathy has always loved animals and yoga, and through her classes at Fibre Friends Yoga she can combine both of these loves. In addition to instructing some of our private group classes, Kathy will be teaching the Mommy (or Daddy) & Me mini series this summer. These classes will incorporate fun yoga poses for the little ones as we incorporate the natural surroundings and love of animals!
Although fairly new to the art of yoga, my love for animals has been life-long. Combining the meditative and strength benefits of yoga, with the animal interactivity is an amazing experience which takes the practice to a new level. Life is often too busy, these gentle critters remind me to live in, and be thankful for the present moment.
